Stuck

I'm down to a little backstitching and beads (lots and lots of beads) on Crystal Roses.

It could definitely be finished today.  If I felt like working on it.  It's just not happening.  And I can't seem to get in the mood to pick up anything else.  That bad case of startitis I've been battling for months seems well cured because even the enticement of a new project(s) isn't getting me going.  Sigh.

Speaking of which,  I thought I would be starting this next:

But I pulled out the chart and it's not doing a thing for me today.  So I pulled out the runner-up project to peruse and I think it has a better chance.

Liz Turner Diehl's Pollyanna's Summertime Lamplighter Knot Garden Mandala (sadly OOP).  I purchased this kit at the same time as the other project several years ago and have pulled it out multiple times contemplating starting it, but always saw how much blending filament was used and packed it right back up.  Now, if I could get myself to finish up Crystal Roses, I could make a decision.  Maybe.

I have enjoyed working on Sanctuary this past week.

Getting closer to a page finish.

Well, maybe I will go toss the stash and see if anything grabs me.  Stay tuned.

  1. I've been through those stitchy blahs!! I usually pick up another craft, like some knitting or quilting....then after a few days I get the itch to stitch! :)

  2. Your Crystal Rose on black is STUNNING! Congratulations on that and the progress on the HAED. What incredible detail!

Oh no! Not another LTD! I have her older pieces- unfinished, not started, etc. I never saw this one before. I look forward to progress pictures on it! Or maybe not. I will have to track it down when I like it too much.
